Difference between contract and agreement
It is said that contracts and agreements are of the same kind, but it is not true. There is a big and clear difference in both. As someone said ‘’All contracts are an agreement, but all agreements are not contracts’’ which clears the difference between contract and agreement.
The agreement is an arrangement or mutual understanding between the two or more parties. It is informal. While a contract is a kind of agreement is enforceable by law. It is formal. The contract is in written form while the agreement doesn’t need writing, and it can be verbal.
What kind of contracts include in the business
In business, contracts and agreements are compulsory for conducting business. There are many contracts in which some are in written form, or some are done with the only handshake. Business contracts
This is one of the basic types of contracts. It involves two or more parties that agree to an exchange. It is a legal agreement, and it is used in such situations where various duties are needed to be performed, products, or services are provided for payment.

Employment contracts show the relationship between an employee and an employer. It includes job duration, compensation, profit and losses, advantages, rewards, grounds of termination, and many other issues related to the business. No competence
No competence is an agreement between employee and employer. In this agreement, an employee agrees that he will not compete with an employer during his period or after leaving the job.
Consulting
A consulting agreement is a contract between a contractor and a business or an individual. It outlines the responsibilities and tasks.
Independent contractor
Independent contractor agreements outline the work schedule of payment and deadline expectations of freelance arrangement. Freelancers work independently without under employer’s instructions.
